Web Applications
End-user License Agreement ("EULA")
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This EULA is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity) and HammerNg.Net (and the owner
of HammerNg.Net) ("HammerNg.Net") for ONE (1) license to use the web
application (that you have paid). Web application includes source codes,
all enclosed files, and electronic documentation ("WEB APPLICATION"). By
installing, copying, or otherwise using the WEB APPLICATION, you agree
to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

The WEB APPLICATION is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The WEB APPLICATION is licensed, not sold.

| Copyright |
|
All title and copyrights in and to the WEB APPLICATION (including
but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video,
audio, music, and text incorporated into the WEB APPLICATION), and
any copies of the WEB APPLICATION are owned by HammerNg.Net.

| Use |
|
Once you have purchased the WEB APPLICATION license, you may use it
on as many websites as you like, as long as you are the owner of
those sites.

| Limited Warranty |
Although this WEB APPLICATION product has been tested, and the
included documentation has been carefully reviewed, HammerNg.Net
makes no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied,
with respect to this WEB APPLICATION, its quality, performance,
or fitness for a particular purpose. As a result, this WEB
APPLICATION is licensed AS-IS, and you are assuming the entire risk
as to its quality and performance.
HammerNg.Net shall not be liable for any claim or right to recover
damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or
use of the WEB APPLICATION or special, incidental, or consequntial
damages, or other similar claims, even if HammerNg.Net has been
specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.

| Customization & Integration |
You may customize, embed and integrate the WEB APPLICATION that
you have licensed into your own application, for both personal and
commercial purpose. However, you are not allowed to re-package,
re-sell or re-distribute the WEB APPLICATION as your own product
without substantial values / features added to the original source
codes. The resulting product must not compete with the WEB
APPLICATION on the market level.
If you choose to customize the WEB APPLICATION, HammerNg.Net is not
held responsible, liable or accountable for any defects, loss of
data or income or errors caused by the changes or additions to the
original source codes.

| Upgrades |
|
You are allowed to use the upgraded product only in accordance with
this EULA.
