Client: This web application has been tested with Internet
Explorer 6, Netscape 7.02 and Opera 7. Generally I expect the
original package (unmodified) to work smoothly under IE 5+
and Netscape 6+.
NOTE:
To experience the full functionalities of the WYSIWYG editor,
Internet Explorer 5+ is requied for the administration section.
The use of other browsers are fine, but you might need to use
HTML codes.

Server: Microsoft IIS 4 with the support of VBScript 5.0.
This web server should also be equipped with MDAC of at least
version 2.5 SP3.
NOTE:
For file uploading facility and database compacting feature to work,
write and delete file permission must be enabled for the data storage
folders.
