Address book works similarly as Yellow Pages. It is a booklet
that stores all the contacts and is equipped with an easy
search facility.
A typical useful implementation would be getting this module
installed in your Intranet. You could then assign a person to
manage the Address Book, entering all the customers'
information into the application, and all your staffs could
start using it to search for contact details. From that moment
onwards, "I think I have misplaced someone's number somewhere"
becomes an invalid excuse for not returning customer's call.

Explorer 6, Netscape 7.02 and Opera 7. Generally I expect the
original package (unmodified) to work smoothly under IE 5+
and Netscape 6+.
